The staff were supper friendly, the location was magnificent and amazing.

My stay was really really nice for the weekend. Overall it was spotless and big, with a private bathroom. I greatly enjoyed a magnificent view of courtyard.

Absolutely fantastic place, exceptionally comfortable beds, amazingly nice staff. Quiet unit with a coffee maker, a refrigerator, and an oven. Incredible location of the hotel in the center of Manchester. Based just off Lowry or Old Trafford.

Penthouse apartment was with an electric kettle, a personal safe, and central heating. This accommodation had a central setting to a Co-op supermarket. Moreover, it was 2 km from Scottish National Gallery.

Well-equipped, big size room with a comfortable bed. Kitchen and excellent bathroom.

The hotel's position was perfect and magnificent, right in the center of the city. This was my 2nd stay, they offered penthouse apartment. The staff was ready to assist, very very helpful and amiable people.

Thanks for a really great stay for the weekend. The apartment is spotless with fully equipped kitchen, a decent-sized bedroom, the bathroom. The location is great, close to the tram and shopping streets as well as centre of Manchester - couldn't be better. Also, Saint Mary's Cathedral is not far away.

It was a perfect experience. The staff were pleasant and excellent the whole time. The bedroom was well-equipped and new-fashioned. The hotel had absolutely perfect location next to centre of Manchester, the center of the city and all shops. Again, Sainsbury's was close.

The hotel had a central position adjacent to the centre of Manchester in the trendy area of the Northern Quarter as well as the shopping area. And also it was around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Chinatown.

The staff and the host were all pleasant and amazingly nice. Arndale Centre was a short walk from the hotel, thoroughly enjoyed its location in the Northern Quarter. Moreover, it's very close to more bars & restaurants, Lowry or Old Trafford and Manchester Cathedral.

The hotel was short walk to all shops and bars and eateries within the Northern Quarter as well as express markets thanks to its great and stunning location. The employees were superbly friendly and very very nice.

Terrific service, big penthouse apartment with basic amenities.

Overall the service was excellent. It was so sweet to get ironing free of charge too. The location was excellent - close to the Manchester Arndale as well as more bars & restaurants. Also, a publicly owned art museum was at a short distance.

I had 6 nights in Manchester, spending the time here lovely. The staff were super-friendly and excellent and the facilities provided were brilliant. The location was unbeatable and excellent for walking around a publicly owned art museum. The service was exceptional and the food was amazing. The hotel created a quiet environment.
