Well-maintained accommodation with marvellous setting just off a quiet residential area, and the shop. Great-sized and newly remodelled room with single beds, exceptional staff. Quiet atmosphere, a good choice of good dishes.

Bathroom was exceptionally clean and the room was good-sized and newly decorated. It offered us good and peaceful location near to buses to get into the centre, Heaton Park, and the outskirts of Manchester.

The room was great-sized with an extremely comfy bed and shower facilities and bath sheets in the bathroom. The hotel was in a peaceful location, in a quiet residential area.

It was clean, everyone was amazingly nice and accommodating. The location was particularly good and peaceful, right in the heart of the city, in the fairly quiet area. The lunch in Albalou a couple of blocks away from the hotel had every choice imaginable. The room was good-sized and newly decorated and there were a fridge, a microwave, and central heating. Shared bathroom was spotless. The staff greeted everyone and were more than helpful.

Enjoyed the functional-style building and good-sized room with 2 double beds. Plus we had central heating, iron and ironing board, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The location was particularly good on the outskirts of Manchester and the atmosphere was quiet.

I had really amazing days staying at this budget hotel. By and large, it was amazing base for sightseeing in Manchester, had much fun. The property's location was good and peaceful, in a black cab. It was also near to buses to get into the centre as well as many things, especially hygiene.
