Extremely comfy bed in queen room with a safe box, a hair dryer, and an air conditioner.

We appreciated it. The breakfast was warm with a good choice of meals to choose from. The hotel was placed in the very central location to everything you need for a night in Manchester.

It's extremely spacious and luxurious with stylish bathrooms. The services are first-class, including a good pool.

The room was fantastic with air conditioning, comfy beds and a bath, enjoyed our time there.

Loved a superb stay, I would like to stay longer. Located in the great zone, it was a superb base for rest. The deluxe queen room was huge and heated, perfect for my needs. Offered a full English breakfast.

The staff were amazingly efficient and absolutely excellent and the location was magnificent in the restaurant on the ground-floor. The breakfast was warm and above average and provided with champagne and coffee to go also, for instance.

Suited us for celebrating birthday, great location near to fitness centre and a local restaurant cooked to order. Also, we saw Gay Village, based just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.

Although everything was nice, some of the staff were unattentive.

The rooms were large and the location was fantastic close to train station. Plus, I went to see Mathew Street nearby. Had excellent and brilliant meal in the bar.

Booked it for our christmas and had a perfect stay here. The breakfast was nice hot with coffee to go also and the coffee machine, for example, perfect to start our day. The marvellous location, we were close to the train station.

I have to mention the good hot breakfast with beans and welcome drink and champagne. The setting is marvellous and efficient, very close to main city center as well as a restaurant, good area. One of tourist spots - a national museum - is relatively near the hotel, loved that.

Loved our stay there, it was lovely. The rooms were newly decorated and high standard with down pillows and particularly nice views.

The venue is placed in a very central position close to the event to which we were visiting.

The staff was efficient & committed. I had newly renovated queen room with a fantastic view, a fan, as example. The service provided there was very efficient.

The staff was nice, the accommodation was impressive and fairly clean. The deluxe queen room was spacious and luxurious with air freshener, so that guests had essentials. My 2 nights in Manchester were delightful. I got a fantastic and absolutely perfect room with separate bathroom. All of the staff were absolutely lovely, approaching. The food was fresh, lovely.

Enchanting and clean place to stay in, it has gorgeous and charming staff especially the receptionist on arrival. The breakfast is above average and gorgeous with beans and the coffee machine, for example, has everything you need.

Thoroughly enjoyed my very lovely stay with good value for money. Marvellous location very close to the main shopping area of Manchester and nice cafes in the surrounding area, I felt safe. Besides, it was at a short distance from Z-arts. The staff were amazingly efficient and the rooms were decent size.

The room was absolutely gorgeous and faced the city.

The location was marvellous - ease of access to a large museum. The hotel itself was in a nice enough area, next to car parking very close by at a reduced rate, the restaurant on the ground-floor and all the bars.

Everything was nice, including committed and highly efficient staff with service to the room. The hotel had marvellous location short walk to tram station, Hilton Manchester Deansgate and many downtown attractions and restaurants. Besides, National Football Museum was 2 km away from the venue.

We spent 2 nights in hilton guest room where the drinks were. It was located close to the train station in Manchester.

All in all, it was handy base for travelling to Manchester. Welcoming service, even though a few employees were not that friendly. My room was tidy, had smoke detectors for safety measures. The breakfast offered variety of freshly made meals. The hotel had a central setting to refurbishment. Nothing too much trouble, it was dope...
