The staff is polite here, the services are excellent, and location is amazing not far from Close to centre, the Arnsdale shopping centre and the Machester Piccadilly train station and the Piccadilly Gardens, and shops, bars & restaurants. The breakfast includes gorgeous food, such as cereals and fruit.

Particularly good and fab location, Manchester airport was 20 km away. The nice quiet area was good for overnight stay. Actually, the room was reasonably sized, it also had towels and a shower.

Some of the staff were not particularly welcoming.

Enjoyed this 1st class accommodation with especially helpful staff on the reception desk. The property's location was perfect, in most area's. I got complimentary double room with a redo or at least a good clean as an upgrade, nice gesture.

View of the skyline was absolutely superb, the room was high-class and brand-new. They served good cereal and fruit.

The venue is fairly clean and big, views are marvellous, the location is fantastic so close to the shopping centre and night life and the city center, close to transport links shopping and restaurants, excellent location. It offers exceptional service. Furthermore, WiFi works throughout the property.

Located in the pedestrian zone, it was a right place for an overnight stay. The setting was particularly good and perfect and the staff were amicable people who was the breakfast manager. Greatly enjoyed honesty bar and its cold drinks.

Reasonably sized and newly remodelled units and affable staff when request to change was made. Location - excellent and fab, adjacent to other shopping areas and metrolink, the shops, arena and Victoria train station and the City Centre and Victoria Train Station. Also, near all events we where going to that evening so ideal for what we had planned.
