Clean place & incredibly welcoming and immensely pleasant staff in a disgraceful manner. Had standard room with a sofa bed, additional features and safe. Savoury and good hot breakfast at 8.45am and marvellous location.

Everything there was really good. Air conditioned rooms with comfortable beds, amazing value.

The stay was really really nice and I would return here. The property was great relaxing and well priced. The hotel was in a very central location cENTRAL TO ALL ATTRACTIONS THAT I WANTED TO USE. And it was also near Chinatown and other tourist spots.

Possibly the best and quite comfortable stay for a Xmas shopping trip. Warm breakfast for Muslim or vegan, and incredibly welcoming and exceptionally pleasant staff. Particularly good location for my trip. Again, 10 minutes walk from a grade ii listed history museum.

I'd give it more than 3 stars, everything was beautiful. The breakfast was pleasant enough for Vegetarian, very good value for money; and the staff was extremely friendly and amiable. My lovely looking room included comfy bed, coffee-making facilities, a hair dryer, and an iron. The location of the hotel was very central, close to Stafford centre. Plus, a shopping mall was relatively close to the venue.

It was very good value for money among other available hotels in Manchester. Had 1 day in Manchester, spending our time here really good.
