Gorgeous and immaculately clean place to stay in, it has exceptional and incredible staff who polite and well trained in customer service. The location is great and incredible, 20 km from the airport. Furthermore, a large museum is a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

I came here for 1 night and had an absolutely amazing stay. The property was reasonably clean, the room was stylish and neat. The staff seemed amicable.

Enjoyed the room with terrace, my bed was comfortable. Exceptionally nice location to Manchester Piccadilly square was a plus. Came to visit Albert Square, based at a medium distance from the hotel.

The place is stylish and exceptionally clean, everything is perfect, it should have higher than 5 star rating. The rooms offered are lovely sized and nicely decorated with even sky TV, umbrella plus snacks. All the staff members are very informative and experienced.

I loved the central position of this beautifully decorated and magical hotel. Besides, the area was shopping, next to a large shopping centre. I booked double room with coffee, a lovely range of toiletries plus umbrella.

The best thing is location - near to restaurants and Piccadilly train station and most restaurants and shops. For example, they helped with luggage...

When I am in Manchester, I like staying here. I have stayed in the double room with a safe box, a mini-bar, tea and coffee making facilities. The amazing restaurant for Christmas lunch is a nice plus.

Would have stayed for longer, can recommend it to others. Overall, it's superb base for exploring Manchester attractions. Hotel's concierge helped us a lot! We liked a coffeemaker, a study table and slippers in the room.

It was COMFORTABLE 2 days, would love to return. The hotel is superior, with good food and staff.
