The location was great and fab, in Manchester area! The service was very good, that made the hotel truly stunning and lovely welcoming place.

The venue is fairly clean and spacious, views are impressive, the location is great and lovely close to public areas, great restaurants, art galleries, museums and universities, and the train line and industrial bin collection. Highly efficient and best staff as one would expect. This place is good value.

Its location not too far away from a large museum was marvellous. The room was newly remodelled and top quality, had separate bathroom. The staff was fantastic friendly and excellent, everything was first-class.

The restaurant was magnificent for breakfast here, we had wonderful dishes. Very central location was a plus. Also, the place was just a short stroll away from Market Street.

It was a beautiful hotel in a good area, next to the centre of town, train line and building work and the Christmas markets. The staff were both fine and good. I was offered a room with lovely views of the car park. The location was marvellous for where i needed to be. The service was superb.

Had an unforgettable stay for this holiday, everything was first-class. Great location, it was near a train station. There were shopping centres and the Christmas market around the hotel.

I was here for 1 night and ate at attached restaurant with unusual choices. There was comfortable bed, a high ceiling, so many space, and a chair.

Very accessible area, central location just off a maze taking numerous underground stairs as well as the passing railway line. Reasonably priced, well-appointed room even with a heater.

Double superior and large hotel rooms with 2 double beds. Great and fab location in certain areas with long term dust around the skirting boards and very accessible area. Besides, very convenient to The Palace Theatre.

Beds were very hard.

Good value, good choice, had a very nice stay for two nights. My double room was compact with coffee. Everything was perfect, including delicious breakfast with TINNED food.

Unbeatable and brilliant location for our visit to a grade ii listed history museum around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

It's suitable place for visiting some must see attractions in Manchester. Really loved the food at their on-site restaurant The Refuge.

Would return there and do recommend it. Very clean and the stuff was attentive. The food served was lovely.
