The staff was exceptional, rooms were silent. We had a comfortable bedroom.

Liked my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. The location to the museum I were planning on visiting was fantastic.

The place was reasonably clean with an attentive staff on the reception desk. The venue was in a central location next to Palace Theatre as well as the main shopping street. Found time to see Chinatown, that's approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the property.

The staff were hard-working, the breakfast was gorgeous and everything was very comfortable. Booked standard king room, had a really good stay for a business trip. Separate bathrooms, that included jacuzzi. I loved the stay.

I had a nice hot breakfast with delicious salads and orange, for example. The location was MAGNIFICENT, the room was brand-new and top-notch.

Choose standard double room with the bed breakfast, fraying carpets plus powerful shower. Absolutely perfect and incredible location for visiting restaurants and bars.

The property is fairly clean with an excellent design, and the full English breakfast is lovely. The property's location is marvellous, close enough to Manchester Piccadilly Station, the centre of town and Piccadilly train station and the bars and clubs. Also, I really enjoyed Greater Manchester Police Museum, set not very far from the hotel.

Make sure you stay in the standard double room where the heating did n't work. This hotel offers a delicious breakfast with grapefruit juice, eggs and hot dishes cooked to order.

The bedroom was modern and compact.

Liked every minute of being there, would definitely recommend. The full English breakfast was fantastic and had nice food. The location of the hotel was fab, a near by vegan restaurant for dinner. What's more, it was right by cafes, the shops and bars and Piccadily train station.

Its location was great and lovely, opposite a pub. Incredibly nice and outstandingly accommodating staff, enjoyed the newly renovated room I booked.

I would recomand to friends and family. Gorgeous place all in all, has amazingly nice staff on the reception desk. The units are newly remodelled and good-sized with the tv at right angles to the bed. The location is very central.

The location was amazing and lovely, near great bars, the centre of Manchester and Picadilly train station. Again, it was at a moderate distance from The Bridgewater Hall.

In general the service was first-class. Overall it was big size and modest, with a jacuzzi bathroom. The hotel had indeed a great and fab location close to all attractions.

Silent units with balloons a banners, excellent bathrooms and added extras for comfort, and the staff were exceptional.

It was a trendy area so close to a train station. The restaurant was good with excellent food here, I had excellent dishes.

Amazing location close to bars and restaurants, in the impressive area. Besides, very convenient to Canal Street. USB ports, an electric kettle and an iron available in the standard queen room. Hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows, comfortable bed.

Perfect romantic pet-friendly property with attentive staff on the reception desk. Central location, just a pleasant stroll away from Oldham Street Road. Found in a very pleasant part of the town.

The hotel's position was marvellous so close to restaurants and brasseries.

All in all everything was perfect, had a very comfortable stay for a business trip. The staff was very welcoming and pleasant and the room was compact. The location was marvellous for exploring this commercial area, close to the shopping district, an alley, and the Gay Village and shopping markets. Also, it was within just 1 km from a publicly owned art museum. I truly enjoyed to spend time in the great downstairs bar.

Welcoming service was provided. There was free Wi-Fi that worked well in all rooms. Btw, the airport was 20 km away.

The restaurant was pretty good with excellent food, we ordered excellent dishes. The beds were very comfy, the bathroom was spotlessly clean as expected. Its location just a short walk away from a night club was marvellous and fab. This hotel was set in a trendy area.

Overall had real good stay for a business trip. The location was incredible, and we could reach Manchester Piccadilly by walking. The staff was well-trained and service-oriented, the breakfast offered was delicious with a huge variety of food.

It made my trip to Manchester a really enjoyable experience. Everything was perfect, the staff were efficient. The location was fab in a good area, very close to bars and shops, the Railway station and city centre. Besides, just a few minutes from a publicly owned art museum...

We would recommend this hotel, spent here peaceful 3 nights. Came with our partner, everything was great. The location was brilliant and stunning, close to Manchester Piccadilly. The staff was accommodating and always on disposal.

Travelled with my partner, spent 3 nights here and had an excellent stay. Brilliant location - within walking distance of everywhere I needed. Also, the area was nice enough.

The property was quirky and we had a perfectly pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable and there were a work desk, coffee and tea making equipment, and a TV set with satellite channels. The room was fashionable, the location was incredible central.

Its staff was pleasant and accommodating. Satisfactory breakfast and other services were terrific. Moreover, we could park the car on-site.

We booked it before and would recomand it to everyone. We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 1 night, nonetheless everything was perfect.

Central location was a plus. The staff members were all efficient and attentive. The room I got was themed and neat with a nice 'looking' bathroom, a nice bed and the fridge.

I enjoyed great location, friendly staff and spacious room. Not far from the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. I had goodies and coffee at north star piccadilly, it was located really close to the venue.

Really close to museum of science industry, 15 minutes' walk to manchester oxford road train station. Morning meal food was GREAT. We could see old trafford from our window.

Urban is just a walk down to the hotel. The building was lovely. Cozy base for a vacation in Manchester...
