We had a good bedroom. The hotel had a very central location right next to the tram lines.

It's great value for money with very pleasant bathrooms. The continental breakfast is extensive.

Reasonable, gorgeous breakfast with toast, croissants and meats. Location - brilliant, very close to the town centre including the tourist information centre, which was very informative, the railstation, short walk to town center and other key sights.

The hotel was in a central location to pretty much everything. Besides, we were right by mainline railway station, trams and buses, and local cafes.

Generally, the place was exquisite and had exceptionally attentive and attentive staff with request for a higher floor and quiet room. The location was excellent, next to a massive range of cafes, the surrounding Bars, and Parklife festival, in a gorgeous area.

In general the service was very good. The staff were well-trained and really efficient and the location was handy right next to trams.

Appreciated every detail about my very good 2 nights stay here. The location turned out to be perfect, just off railway station, coach station and city centre and 1 minute walk from Manchester Piccadily Station. Also, the hotel was just a short walk away from Greater Manchester Police Museum. Staff was super friendly efficient and incredibly helpful. I was pleased with excellent service. Wifi worked well throughout the property, yet I had to pay gbp 8 per 24 hours.

I greatly enjoyed neat room here with a huge comfy bed, a good view, as for instance. The location was brilliant - next to Piccadilly train and tram station and Gardens, the “ hatch ”, and close to bus stops and tram stops, close to shops and restaurants. Visited Chinatown, one of the tourist spots, located not too far away from the hotel.

Breakfast at £9.50. Excellent setting in the very relaxing area, just off Manchester Piccadilly Station and all other transport, and shops / restaurants / bars. Very nice helpful and attentive people working here.

My stay was very nice on a business trip. Very nice helpful staff and the breakfast was reasonable with pastries, very standard fare continental plus toast. The hotel's location was excellent and absolutely perfect, just off Manchester Piccadilly. Besides, Canal Street was 1 km away from the venue. I truly enjoyed the stay.

The hotel provides a brilliant service. The room is tidy and immaculate with a huge queen size bed, brilliant air conditioning and the hairdryer. Plus, the location is super and brilliant, minutes from Gay Village.
