The location was great, close to the Academy which was perfect and the interior design was nice.

The hotel itself was absolutely great. The staffs were lovely & nice. We had a very nice time.

The hotel was in an ideal location, in the nicest area.

We loved rooms in the green bedroom. Perfect and quiet location close to the Academy which was perfect, all was perfect.

The location was magnificent, not very far from University of Manchester. The room with acceptable space. The staff was affable and understanding, so I would have extended the stay.

The setting was magnificent, right by the Universities and regular bus services into town, and a park with lots of squirrels.

Clean property. Spotless and well-appointed hotel unit with an attached clean toilet. Ideal, efficient location to the academy for a concert. Also - near to the soccer field and the bus stop. Very nice experience there😀

A nice size and brand-new rooms with down pillows. An electric kettle, central heating, and an iron were nice.

Everything was perfect and the rooms were a nice size. The location of the hotel was quiet and perfect, near the bus stop. Moreover, it's right by the academy for a concert, and city centre & plenty of buses running on nearby oxford Rd. The staff I met were very very helpful and amicable.

The room was bright and new-fashioned in the green bedroom - enjoyed it. Staff were lovely, and facilities were brand-new here.

Location next to city centre & plenty of buses running on nearby oxford Rd, Manchester Academy and O2 Apollo. A great selection of food options a 10-15 minute walk from the venue. Attractive and beautiful room & exceptionally comfortable bed.

The hotel is clean and reasonably large, has AFFABLE staff and marvellous and efficient location within walking distance of Manchester academy. The rooms are immaculately clean with coffee, a nice bathroom, as example.

As we remember, there was no milk.

The breakfast had variety of selection, the food was nice.

The room I stayed in was brand-new and neat. There was lots of food for breakfast, it was fine.

The experience was great, would stay there again. Everything about this trendy boutique hotel was great. Magnificent location in a mainly residential student area was a plus. And there was Abdul Hadi with short-orders a short walk from the venue, super convenient.

It had a magnificent and peaceful location - a minute walk from Contact.

We lived in the double room with a nice bathroom, fresh towels, a lovely kitchen.

Really enjoyed our room, it was tidy and attractive. We had an exceptionally comfortable bed, a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets. Had magnificent location very close to a nice park, next to an art gallery.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 1 night, nevertheless everything was fine. We booked the king room that was immaculate. Besides, the area was residential, next to Christ Church Moss Side.

The beds were comfy as were the pillows. I didn't want to leave, had a really nice experience and will be back.

Fairly clean hotel in a beautiful building close to venues, museum, park and Manchester academy and oxford road. Neat and cosy rooms with an attached clean toilet. Marvellous location, within walking distance of everywhere. Also, in a mainly residential student area.

The room was excellent and we appreciated the stay. Bed was super, great night sleep. Moreover, free Wi Fi was a welcome feature...

As picky eaters we truly enjoyed to be close to lots of restaurants, went to Domino's Pizza couple of times, it was 15 mins walk away.
