We had an early check-in, the room was well-appointed and brand-new with a double bed. Had really good facilities, such as a coffeemaker, a lounge, and a kettle.

Stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel was superior and clean, had pleasant views, incredible location to Christmas markets. I booked a room with a comfortable bed, all the necessary facilities, a coffeemaker, and a lounge area. The staff were both caring and amazingly attentive.

Thoroughly enjoyed to spend 1 day in our fashionable suite with twin beds which was confirmed and ironing board hair dryer plus a large bathroom.

It has convenient and decent setting to Victoria train station. The bets part that it's really close to a huge bar / restaurant, and public transport.

Everything about it was second to none. The room was well-appointed and top-notch, had en suite bathroom. Overall the service was good. The hotel met needs well.

Had very nice stay on a business trip and the weather was pleasant. The breakfast was delicious and incredible with meats, a bowl of cereal and hash browns, and the facilities where clean.

The rooms are new-fashioned and generally offer a TV set, a coffeemaker, and a safe box. I think that wake-up service available - it's a plus. My hotel is set in a very central location next to Northern Quarter and other areas as well as the restaurant in the evening.

Fairly clean hotel, loved to be short walk to close to the AO arena, breakfast / restaurant, and Manchester centre thanks to great and lovely location. Polite staff at the reception desk, gave a few recommendations. Great that they have wheelchair accessible rooms with chocolates, comfortable beds, for instance; everyone is welcome here.

The location was amazing - next to the restaurant on the night. The whole place had a quiet atmosphere and I would like to go back here again.

The location in a very pleasant area was perfect and magnificent and there were a mall and the main shopping centre nearby. The staff was particularly helpful, well-mannered, and responded promptly to requests.

Unbeatable and amazing location impressed by how everything was managed, suited the needs. I got a well-appointed and beautifully decorated room with a kettle, a carpet, and a telephone.

Its location not too far away from The Shambles Manchester was marvellous and brilliant. Had spotless and brilliant room with a shower, which I appreciated.

Overall it was a very enjoyable stay on second night of our stay. The staff was thoughtful, offered wake up calls and ironing free of charge. The location was amazing, at a medium distance from National Football Museum. The swimming pool was excellent too.

The stay here was very pleasant, liked the hotel, it was immaculately clean with incredible and stunning location not far from the centre. The staff where top-class and the late check-out, wake up service and ironing were free of charge.

The rooms are trendy with a double bed, and the location is amazing near station. The best thing is location - so close to the centre of Manchester, restaurants. And it's by River Irk.

Good location, decent base for a city break. Choosing for lunch Alif Grill, which is situated 900 feet away was a good idea. Here we stayed right by national football museum.
