There were very comfy beds and central heating, an iron/ironing board, and tea/coffee making equipment in the budget double room. It faced garden. It had perfect and nice location really close to the grounds or the property, the supermarkets and Heaton Park. We saw Edinburgh Castle, that's relatively close to the venue.

Everything in the hotel was perfectly fine and met the purpose. I truly enjoyed the guest room, that was brand-new. The location was handy, just a short stroll away from a green Flag park.

I had good-sized room to myself with basic bathroom down the hallway, an extra bed and a bath.

Didn't like the area, it was horrible.

All in all - had a lovely 1 night stay. The location near the supermarkets was handy and magnificent. Also, it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Edinburgh Castle.

Its location is unbeatable & exceptionally nice, short walk to the best clubs and pubs, and the massive maze of the house. Plus, it is set 4 km from a neo-gothic library.

We were upgraded to small single room on check in. The location of this hotel very close to the best clubs and pubs, the shops and northern quarter was particularly good and unbeatable.

The queen room was heated, had an ironing set, tea and coffee making equipment, and a work desk. Got comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. The setting was excellent, right by gardens, centre of Manchester, and a taxi. Also, we were 2 km from our favourite spot Manchester Jewish Museum.

The room I booked was a nice size with a shared bathroom as well as tea making facilities. The cost was £ 249.

The location seemed magnificent and exceptionally nice near from the city center. I usually went to Smashville Burger to grab a bite.

This place is homely and exceptionally comfortable and the staff are exceptionally nice. The location is perfect and comfortable, in front of a CEMETERY. And it's nestled in a nice building just off local city centre, the supermarkets, and a residential area.

I loved the stay and can't wait to go back. I spend 1 night in Manchester lovely. The staff was very amiable and excellent and always helped me. The location offered was convenient not far from the front garden, nearby shops and restaurants, and the grounds or the property.

I liked the stay. The room was new-fashioned and airy with a hair dryer and bath sheets in the shared bathroom. The staff were helpful and fairly friendly.

The rooms were heated and brand-new, had a hair dryer and bath sheets. Handy and perfect location close to the city centre made it easy to get to key attractions.

The hotel's location was handy, just off centre, and nearby shops. Besides, it was within 200 metres of Museum of Transport.

Have stayed here before, this is a quiet hotel, recommend. My family and I loved being there. Separate bathrooms, that included a bath. Moreover, parking was onsite. The staff were polite and amicable and the location was brilliant next to a yellow line stop.

We had the single room which was huge and warm with a bath. Location: the hotel was just next door to the massive maze of the house and the supermarkets.

It was new-fashioned, heated and with a bath. The hotel had a marvellous location not too far from Museum of Transport.

Located in the good zone, it was a fabulous base for one night. Lots of food for breakfast, which was good to satisfy everyone. Family room with spacious private bathroom, had essentials required.
