The place was exceptionally clean and we loved double room. We had a large bedroom. Its setting in the heart of the city was comfortable and perfect. The hotel was in a particularly good area.

The weather was lovely, had really nice stay for service 3 times. The amazingly nice and accommodating staff gave good recommendations. Booked a studio suite with a dishwasher, a fridge, and an electric kettle. The beds were very comfy, the bathroom was spotless.

A double room with 2 double beds has basic facilities you need.

The place was perfectly clean and staff was very very helpful. Its location in the heart of the city was perfect and perfectly comfortable. This hotel was set in a good area. Close to a train station, shopping malls and all the major shops were not far as well.

It was reasonably clean, staff was very helpful. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals. The service was exceptional with an easy check-in. I liked 2 nights in this property.

The location was ideal and exceptionally nice for me as it was close to downtown shopping, restaurants, and nightlife and local restaurants, bars & coffee shops. Besides, it was 2 km away from Pier Head.

The venue was great, I appreciated the location close to the Picadilly train station, Manchester Piccadilly bus stop and atmosphere of the city, and courtyard views. Amazing service was provided here. The hotel had a very central setting in the area of the accommodation. Visited The Cavern Club, located just a short walk away from the venue.

The bed was very uncomfortable, that's my bad luck.

Its location is particularly good & marvellous, just off Manchester Piccadilly bus stop, city centre and Etihad stadium, and Piccadilly's garden. Staff is attentive and you can park your car nearby.

My husband and I enjoyed being there. This hotel was located in a central area right by train station or city centre, Piccadilly station and city centre and nightlife.

The bed was a little lumpy.

The room was spotless, had comfy and included a dishwasher, a coffee maker, and a fridge. The views across courtyard were great. The staff were all extremely friendly and efficient. The location was unbeatable, very close to Piccadilly train station and Northern Quarter, had to walk through back lanes to get to the centre and all the bars / restaurants.

The location was good, just off bars and restaurants and downtown shopping, restaurants, and nightlife, in a local area.

The location offered was perfect just off the lovely pubs and atmosphere and central train station, local transport and the FREE MANCHESTER INNER CITY BUS. All of the staff members were excellent and very very helpful.

Good-sized and huge room with a fairly clean bathroom and a lounge area, a TV, and a kitchenette.

We stayed at the modern and neat room with a huge balcony, decent views and 2 double beds. Had a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a dishwasher at our disposal. The hotel location was magnificent and absolutely perfect right in the centre of Manchester.

Rooms were filthy.

The team provided a terrific service and the room was en suite with a balcony as well as large bedrooms.

Some people working there were extremely rude.

The staff were excellent people. The room I booked was tidy and well-equipped with a Bathroom, a huge balcony plus 10 minute walk from Manchester Piccadilly as expected.

The room we had included a lounge, a TV set, and a kitchenette.

Unattractive views.

This location was incredibly comfortable and ideal, very close to downtown shopping, restaurants, and nightlife, everything, shops, restaurants, bars and the Northern Quarter and Arndale shopping centre. The room was a nice size and en suite, with smoke detectors and splendid views.

Amazingly great and understanding staff throughout. Bright rooms with good cooking facilities, a balcony, for instance. Friendly check-in, parking nearby.

Overall had very good stay for service 3 times. The room we had was good sized with 2 single beds and the staff was especially helpful. Central location was a plus. Found time to see Greater Manchester Police Museum, that's just a short stroll away from the property. Btw, the airport was 20 km away.

My stay was really great of 3 nights. Took a walk around city centre, located relatively near the hotel. My room was new-fashioned and bright with an own bathroom. I had an awesome view here.

The stay here was perfectly pleasant of 3 nights. It was based in really clean building in a particularly good and absolutely perfect location, to a different event. Plus, it was just next door to the Arndale centre and Printworks leisure area, popular Arndale shopping mall, and Gay Village. The best part were the fairly friendly staff.
