Appropriate & tidy unit with bathroom, rain shower plus utensils.

The location was brilliant and exceptional, close enough to good restaurants, tram stop, shopping and restaurants, and the centre of the Corn exchange building. It was a historic building, the rooms were tidy and absolutely brilliant with large comfortable bed.

The staff are outstandingly accommodating, no complaints. Glad I took family room, it was fashionable and neat.

The room we had included so many space and a fully equipped little kitchenette.

The venue was set in the very central position near even a shopping centre and next to cathedral.

They gave me exceptional and enjoyable room with lovely heated floors as well as all the facilities.

Every staff member was very obliging and nice. The rooms were immaculate and impressive and had a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and refrigerators.

The hotel was set in a very central area next to Manchester Arena and many restaurants. Moreover, it was relatively close to a large museum.

The room I stayed in was absolutely gorgeous and immaculate with a normal shower as well as a full kitchen.

No complaint, had a wonderful stay for a business trip. The location was fantastic in a great area and the staff here was very pleasant. We concluded the day with a sightseeing Oldham Street Road approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.

The location was brilliant - just off the restaurants, the main areas, and town centre. Besides, I explored Castlefield Urban Heritage Park not too far away from the hotel.

The view was perfect and our room was modern. The luxury bathroom and the rest was fairly clean.

The breakfast is free, offered with juice and very decent coffee from a machine, for example. The hotel is set in a marvellous location near to all the shopping malls and restaurants, sensitively rebuilt landmark and throw away from the metro link.

Really really nice stay during my second visit. Clean venue and amicable and wonderfully friendly employees. Set in a stunning location in front of a tram station. Found in the busy area.

Our accommodation was set in a very central location very close to the Christmas markets and Manchester arena, the tram stop and local shopping centre and centre of Manchester.

Modern place to stay, amazing views of the cathedral. Particularly good and stunning location in a wonderful area, near to takeaway or restaurants, the tram, shops and food outlets and Victoria train station and Manchester arena. Again, not far from National Football Museum. Early check-in, late check-out, excellent staff. Outstanding meals with free hot drinks.

Everything was perfectly fine, had a very good stay for a business trip. The staff were outstandingly helpful and the facilities were very good. Its wonderful, central location was a plus. Being close to a tram station was a bonus.

My room was tidy with a birthday card, a shower, as example, and the check-out was late.

The location was perfect and excellent for traveling around Manchester, close enough to Manchester Arena as well as Christmas Markets right on the doorstep. Also, it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Albert Square.

The rooms are spotless and huge with exceptionally comfortable beds. Incredible staff and marvellous location make it a great choice! The hotel provides an excellent service.

Comfortable bed in apartment with a safe box, a hair dryer, and an iron. Wonderful, incredible location in Manchester, near trams, buses and the Manchester Arndale shopping centre, the shopping mall and many bars/restaurants/shops.

All in all everything was great, had a fabulous stay of two nights. The room itself was enjoyable, exceptional with a view and had the things we needed.

We had the studio apartment which was modern and soundproof with a great shower. The staff, everyone, was very pleasant.

Rooms with a great decor.

Clean and the staff was efficient and accommodating. Our room was bright with open shower and huge windows plus toiletries. Had great decoration. The location was unbeatable and brilliant, close to Market Street.

The unit we got was new-fashioned with a big toilet, open shower, for example.

Beds were quite hard.

Stunning very central location not far from the tram stop and resturants and restaurants and bars. The room was stylish, had brilliant open bathroom.

The location was incredible and best possible, within easy walking distance of Gay Village.

I loved that there was kitchenette. The rooms were appropriate and the service perfect.

i would be happy to recommend it and will be back. staff and location were fantastic overall. all the staff were accommodating. plenty of food at the breakfast, including coffee and pastries. the location of the hotel was marvellous - relatively close to a night club. moreover, the area was lovely.

The rooms were good sized and the location was PERFECT. Liked the superior apartment, it was very clean every time we got back. Just a 10-minute stroll to the center. We dined out at Pizza Express, set feet from the hotel.

we enjoyed this central hotel. the personal was welcoming. the standard apartment had everything you need, a flat-screen tv with satellite channels, a writing desk and ironing facilities. we would book here again as the property met the criteria.
