The venue is clean, the staff is super-friendly and exceptionally nice. Glad I took king room, it was recently refurbished and full-size. It offers comfy bed and very efficient services.

View was incredibly beautiful, breakfast was satisfactory, and beds were comfortable. The bedroom was extremely pleasant and newly remodelled. The staff were efficient and excellent and offered guidance.

The venue is big and clean with an excellent value and outstandingly accommodating staff. Perfect and excellent location within easy walking distance of Mathew Street.

Everything was perfect, very efficient service, perfect location near to restaurants, cafes & bars, the Lowry for the evening, and the tram station and the bus station in Eccles. The staff seemed very polite.

We stayed in superior queen room with a good shower. Liked the comfortable decor of the room. Its location was remote, right next to Church of st Andrew. This hotel was in a great area very close to tram stop, shops pubs and restraunts and tram and the tram and access to Manchester. The service was all in all excellent.

Enjoyed our stay, had perfect 1 day overall. Its location was exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect, near to the village centre, the Metrolink tram and many restaurants and bars. Besides, the property was 4 km away from a Grade ii listed public park. Comforts of well-appointed and extremely pleasant king room with a bath where fabulous.

The hotel was unique and fairly clean with very good wi-fi. The staff was courteous, welcoming, and responded promptly to requests. It offered exceptional service and good food too.

Had a good 1 night-stay from the moment I checked-in. The stuff was efficient and excellent, as well as proprietor. The location was magnificent, not very far from Flixton Golf Club. I went to a lovely restaurant and greatly enjoyed the local dishes.

The staff are amazingly nice and pleasant. The location is excellent and incredible, it's right by many great restaurant choices, nearby restaurants and taxi's and coffee shops. There's Kings Cafe Eccles within a close distance from the hotel, they have tea/coffee/desserts.

The location was comfortable because it was adjacent to motorway and train station, bars and restaurants, and motorways, Eccles stations and less than 10mins walk to a great selection of restaurants in Monton. The staff was knowledgeable and efficient all the time.

The stuff was knowledgeable, efficient, and everything was fantastic. The location was comfortable and ideal and I could use free parking on-site. And I really enjoyed the proximity to a market and small supermarkets in Manchester.

I had newly renovated and spotless room complete with all the required facilities, nice decor plus an excellent breakfast.

I had 1 night in Manchester, spending the time here pleasantly. Everyone was excellent as well as proprietor. This was a nice and absolutely perfect location not far from local restaurants, Trafford Centre and RHS Bridgewater and metro link and train station.

Think that this reasonably priced hotel is beyond compare, greatly enjoyed it. I have stayed here before, and it is still a really really nice experience. The location is residential, near less than 10mins walk to a great selection of restaurants in Monton and the conservatory. There is a good choice of local food for breakfast.

There were tea/coffee and an ironing set in my double room, enjoyed it. The staff were amazing friendly and efficient and the location was handy close to public transport. Plus, it was next to many restaurants, tram and bus and the tram station and the bus station in Eccles.

All the employees were accommodating and pleasant. Had superior king room with wake-up service available in it. The pillows and bed were exceptionally comfortable, slept like a baby. The service was terrific, including an early check-in.

The superior double room was cosy with comfy beds. A bath in the en suite bathroom was a plus.

There's a huge variety of restaurants to choose from, like Mrs A's Kitchen, set within 15 minutes walk or so.
