Friendly check in and in general fantastic service. Exceptionally comfortable beds, unique rooms and good size bath. Free and gorgeous breakfast with a great selection of choices.

Practical, reasonably spacious room with exceptionally good coffee, everything was great. Had central location next to coffee shop. I tried some drinks at gastropub Mercat Bar, located 5 minutes walk away.

Had a fabulous stay for 3 nights on a work trip, glad I've chosen it. Its location was brilliant, next to the communal areas, the centre of Manchester's northern quarter, and independent bars and great restaurants.

Every time we stay in Manchester, like to stay here. All in all, it's incredible place that has unobtrusive staff who helped us every time with the wheelchair. The hotel has a central location convenient to take a bus or to the train station.

The bedroom was exceptional and brilliant. It was in a central location, so close to everything. Besides, the property was 1 km away from National Football Museum.

Sincerely, it was a very comfortable stay for one night. The location was excellent - adjacent to the best restaurants, and Piccadilly railway station. Sometimes it was really hot outside, so we went to Mcdonald's, had some food there.

The total stay was brilliant for one night. It was an absolutely ideal location really close to the up and coming Northern Quarter with plenty of Bars nearby, local bars, and the train station and the cool northern quarter area. And we were just close to Oldham Street Road. Nice view, amazing bar - everything was very good.

The place was clean and charming, it had very stylish staff who helped me every time with the wheelchair.

It was as expected, had a superb stay for the one night on a business trip. The staff were very, very nice, the breakfast was gorgeous and everything was great. The location was great and amazing, near restaurants and a coffee shop. The bus stop was 500 metres away.

Stayed here for 1 night, the hotel was cool and clean, had particularly nice views, fab location close to city centre in the northern quarter. The staff were personable and very good in case of questions. The room was big, also it had smoke detectors. The service was all in all exceptional.

The location minutes from city centre was marvellous and amazing. It took 20 minutes by foot to reach the train station.

Planned to see Manchester major attractions and it was perfect place for visiting all of them. Marvellous location and overall the staff was fabulous. great base for 2 nights in manchester, deluxe hotel. having a flat-screen tv, ironing facilities and an ipod docking station was very convenient. 5 mins walk to the centre.
