Located in the very spacious lounge zone, it was a fine base for party. The staff were all attentive and outstandingly friendly. Perfect and absolutely incredible position was an added bonus.

The location was particularly good - not far from the street-aka walkabout, cafes around and neighbouring bars. I was happy to find Rustom Restaurant, it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel and served nice food. Well-appointed room with a balcony was enjoyable.

The staff was exceptionally nice and always on disposal. Well-appointed and immaculately clean unit in the photographs, we enjoyed it.

The room was unbelievably hot.

The bedroom was spotless and recently renovated. The bathroom was fairly clean, with a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets.

This accommodation had a central setting very close to everything. Besides, the hotel was not too far away from Liverpool One Shopping Complex. The room was recently renovated and well-appointed with tv, and I enjoyed it.

Private bathrooms, that included a bathtub. It had very central location close to Queen Victoria Monument.

Room was spotless and newly remodelled and available with plenty space and a sofa. A coffeemaker, refrigerators and kitchenware worked well.

I slept so comfy in the very comfy bed. It was in a stunning and fab location with Market Street nearby.

We walked everywhere, the location was magnificent and brilliant, in a good area. We really enjoyed rooms with a balcony. The staff was accommodating, provided an early check-in and a late check-out.
