The Merchants Hotel

The bedroom was cheap and brand-new. The bed was comfortable, very helpful staff despite a receptionist and someone at Booking. The location was ideal and exceptionally nice, not far from the centre of Manchester city centre, several bus stops below the window that stop frequently, and train station and downtown area.

The location was good as it was close to bars and pubs. An underground station was close to the accommodation.

We needed to have lift, but they didn't have it.

The location offered was exceptionally nice close to public transport. The staff was amazingly nice and gave some great recommendations.

Overall it was very affordable, with a private bathroom.

I have stayed in king room for 1 night, it was complete with a shower, the bathroom plus the TV.

I had standard queen room which was cheap, extremely comfy bed. Its location within a close distance from Night n Day was unbeatable.

It boasts incredible, amazing location near Piccadilly Gardens, the centre and the alley way. Will be back when in Manchester, we didn't want to leave🙂👍

Had a guest room, and we really enjoyed it. Central location of this great budget hotel was a bonus.

We loved comfortable beds. The setting was quite incredible and best possible within easy reach of a public park. The staff were pleasant, supportive.

Everything is clean and good! Good service from the polite staff that we interacted with. The location is decent, 2 km from Z-arts. A lovely bar does the trick. Fine stay, as always.

The hotel is in a good location and very clean. Thanks to receptionist, who often helped us. Quality service everywhere too.

This hotel was perfect base for exploring Manchester, appreciated it. Room was great value for money. The restaurant was located within 600 feet.
