It is recently renovated with toothbrush, good enough for one night.

The location is great and fab, a 10-15 minute walk from Edgar Wood Centre Church. It is in a great area.

Thoroughly enjoyed Manchester, the hotel was well presented in a calm district close to all attractions. The view was wonderful and our room was top quality. The location was absolutely perfect, just off the restaurant which had a wide variety of choice at a reasonable price, the service and the food was very good as well as Manchester City centre. In Petra you could have Indian meals.

The room itself was recently renovated with a lovely bed, very powerful heating, good bathroom provided.

The property is quirky, it has top-class staff at this place service. Have a drink at the downstairs bar. Can't wait to say thank you very much, would want to stay there again.

Fairly clean and big size venue with wonderful views. Decent size, newly renovated room with a great-sized bathroom. A lot of food at the continental breakfast.

The units are spotless with good bathroom. This is a particularly good location in Manchester. There is Roma Cafe nearby for a cup of coffee.

I had the continental breakfast. The hotel was situated in the central location in terms of being near Wilmslow Road where there were loads of shops.

Loved the place, had a very very good stay for a quick visit. Booked a room with breakfast. The al fresco restaurant was nice and offered great meals.

The room with toothbrush was good value. The location was central, close enough to city center and important destinations and Excellent in all aspects from cleanliness to comfortable sleeping accommodation.

The place was fairly clean with a courteous and understanding staff especially the manager. The room was spacious and very well furnished and offered with very powerful heating and lovely bathroom plus an alternative toilet.

The setting was quite good and unbeatable within easy reach of Victoria Baths. The bus stop was 10 minutes’ walk away.

It offered us great location close to the restaurant which had a wide variety of choice at a reasonable price, and shops and restaurants. The place was next door to Verona, where you can have dinner.

Everything was lovely here - ACCOMMODATING stuff and freshly decorated rooms. Really lovely building and rooms with a comfy bed. Breakfast for vegetarians. Perfect and lovely location, in walking distance of the Apollo theatre. Very nice stay on a business trip, nothing too much trouble.

Had very good stay for a quick visit with amazingly nice staff and magnificent location to make feel I am living in a palace.

Everything is very good, I loved it. All in all it's fairly clean place, they have nice beds. The downstairs bar offers complimentary drinks. The service is exceptional, includes free parking.

Planned to see Manchester major attractions and it was perfect place for visiting all of them. Overall the service was great.

I had a comfy and exceptional room. The location was marvellous, at a short distance from Contact. There were shops and various shops around the hotel.

The rooms with sofa bed, good bathroom, as example were neat. Location: the hotel was not far from the restaurant in the evening, a pub and the Cafe. We had goodies and coffee at Venus Foods, it was located near the venue.

My stay was perfect 10/10 here. I thoroughly enjoyed this pleasant hotel and its unbeatable location.

Brilliant, classy property. Comfortable room with sofa bed, complementary extras, for example. Unbeatable location to Home Manchester. Hot food in the attached restaurant. Honestly nothing too much trouble.

All in all, it was right place for travelling to Manchester. One of the best continental breakfasts. It deserves its 3 stars.

Located within 5 minutes' drive from old trafford. A good restaurant in the hotel itself. The venue was right by Piccadilly train station.
