Our room was great-sized and extremely pleasant, appreciated it. The hotel was great looking and in a central location.

I've had a thoroughly enjoyable stay on our last visit. I was given well-equipped and good-sized room with comfy beds and toiletries.

The breakfast had something for everyone - toast, cereals, pastries, and fruit. The room was well-equipped, good-sized and with comfy beds for everyone.

The room was quiet & fantastic, and the bathrooms were nice. The English breakfast was the best.

The room was brand-new & well-equipped in loo. The staff were extremely friendly and location was perfect and handy.

The location is ideal, 3 km from Middleton Junction.

All in all everything was great, had a great stay on our last visit. We had an excellent bedroom. We really enjoyed an English breakfast. The location was excellent, very close to the restaurant, and the nearby tram station. Besides, it was 10 min drive to Buckingham Palace.

Booked a room with a sofa. The location was magnificent and good, adjacent to the Victoria as well as the restaurant with excellent staff.

The staff was not very helpful.

The hotel's location was incredibly comfortable close to tram stop. The room I booked was extremely pleasant and provided with single towel and basics plus comfy beds. The staff were excellent, you should know it.

Everything was excellent as expected. The room was brand-new and complete with a bath, basics, as example, I had everything needed. The service was good, it had a really nice attached restaurant. The location was so ideal and the staff were decent. Pimlico tube station was 5 min away.

The venue is spotlessly clean, with perfectly comfortable and easy location very close to the Victoria as a couple and Manchester tram. The employees are decent and affable. The room is brand-new and essentials you need, including coffee and tea/coffee, is right there.

I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay in a long time. The venue was lovely little, I loved the stay and the location was magnificent close enough to the tram station, the Victoria and Manchester tram nearby. I had brand-new room to myself with bath robes and bedrooms;)))

Had a very lovely stay on our last visit, everything was good. Accommodating, fairly friendly staff that helped us with luggage. The food we tried was fabulous and they have lots of meals to choose from.

Had good-sized room with warm coffee, a shower, bedrooms for a very nice stay. The location of the property was ideal, in taxi or a bus.

All in all, I spent my time greatly. Many thanks to barman! Bed was comfortable, esp for those with a bad back. Very easy to get from Manchester airport, just 19 miles. Breakfast is available for 10 gbp per person per day.

Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like La Via that was only 25 minutes' walk away. Free WiFi was working perfectly. We were 3 miles from Beulah Baptist Chapel. Truly enjoyed our stay, would not hesitate to return there❤

The food and service were all fine. Located within 5 minutes' drive from Foxdenton Park. Even the Manchester airport was not so far, 27 minutes drive away.
