Best thing was the English breakfast with ni beans or tomatoes, meat, tomatoes. Comfortable location sure to ask prices before you buy anything from the restaurant or cafe or steakhouse, welcome base for one night.

The room was a decent size and newly furnished and what's more - included a nice hot shower and curtains. We had an en suite bathroom.

We needed a place for an overnight stay, everything was good.

Free breakfast with tomatoes and meat and cooked sausages, it had so much choice.

My room was soundproof & newly furnished with comfortable beds, nice big bathroom, air conditioning or extract system.

The venue is fairly clean and reasonably spacious, views are lovely, the location is perfect close enough to Victoria Warehouse, the tram station and the 02 Victoria and Old Trafford …. The rooms are decent size with fairly clean bathrooms. It has gentle staff from the receptionist to the duty manager.

The breakfast offered was satisfactory with ni beans or tomatoes. I have stayed here before and would come here again.

Enjoyed our stay, and do recommend the hotel. Thanks very much all for a good stay for 4 nights. The room was nicely refurbished and budget with good facilities, and we slept very well.

The breakfast was satisfactory with sausages, bacon and meat, appreciated what was offered. We stayed in a cottage with lovely features.

Their rooms are always modern looking and newly remodelled with toiletries, bathroom, for instance.

We booked king suite with robes, coffee, for example. The food was gorgeous and the location was magnificent.

The beds were comfortable, the room was high-class with 3 comfortable beds. The staff was genuinely helpful and amazingly attentive, just as I expected.

My stay was good value. Had a satisfactory breakfast for vegetarians, enjoyed the meal. Hopefully the room was decent size with 2 king size beds, shower and basic facilities.

Reasonably priced food, amazingly kind staff especially the receptionist he is incredible at his job. Marvellous location for visiting restaurants and pubs. Besides, easy access to Bethesda Apostolic Church. Near a railway station and pretty quiet area.

Loved our place and would stay here again. The hotel was an excellent home base for enjoying a nice quiet area, right by many attractions such as the Trafford Center and old Trafford, the Trafford Bar tram stop and the Trafford shopping centre. The location was marvellous and handy and the staff members were extremely polite. Spent our evenings in nearby Nicholson's, especially when it was cold outside.

We booked a nice cosy room with a big king size, everything was lovely.

The room itself was updated, budget with a sofa and had essentials I needed. Everything was exceptional, though a few employees were not particularly friendly.

Great value, good old and absolutely gorgeous 3 star hotel. Lovely sized room and bathroom with a bathtub. Breakfast for vegetarians.

Top-class staff, very good services, and incredible location just off right next to the tram line that links the airport, and St Peter's Square by tram.

The location was great, for example, Manchester United was not too far away from the hotel. The room was new-fashioned with coffee, filthy curtains and a missing bedside table and the overall experience for the business trip was fairly nice.

The breakfast is satisfactory, the room is modern looking and lovely sized with kingsize bed. The best thing about this good budget hotel is the staff- they helped with bags. The staff is fairly friendly, offer a quick check-in and late check-out.

The property was beautiful old. Nicely refurbished and well heated room for shower after a marathon on sunday, decent place for an overnight stay. Marvellous and handy location when travelling to Manchester. Positioned in the peaceful area. Clean restaurant for lunch or dinner.

The location was excellent for first time visitors to Manchester. The restaurant was very nice for lunch or dinner here, I had freshly cooked dishes.

The venue's position was central. I usually went to Deli on the Grove to grab a bite.

The breakfast was free with the menus on the website, baked beans, bacon and had something for everyone. Incredibly friendly staff did a great job. The location in a nice quiet area was particularly good and there were shopping malls and convenience stores nearby.

Location: the hotel was near to Old Trafford, the tram stop, football and cricket stadiums and shops. Double room was immaculate and high quality with a big king size. Everything was nice and the staff was efficient.
