The room is newly remodelled and decent sized and there are incredibly beautiful views. Lovely breakfast with an outstanding food is available. The venue is in the centre of the town.

The hotel was recently refurbished and big size! Our breakfast was absolutely superb with vegetarian option. The room was well-kept and a nice size with a fan, safe storage, as for instance, everything was fine.

Good breakfast with vegetarian option, and polite staff. Easy, magnificent location near to the Waterside Arts Centre, public transport links and the Sale tram station.

It was a peaceful place, had extremely friendly staff at the reception desk. I've booked family room with comfy bed and everything was first-class. The food they offered was outstanding, had plenty of meals.

Neat, modern units provided with bathroom and the window in the bedroom plus TV. Location near to the Sale tram station as well as B & M next door, a leisure centre across the road and very close to the metrolink, shops, bars, restaurants and Waterside theatre.

In our functional room with a nice design there were very clean beds. Extras like coffee and a kettle were appreciated.

The hotel was situated in the central location easy to get to Old Trafford Cricket Ground or into Manchester on the tram. Plus, it was just off a large mall in Sale, transport, and other shops.

Really enjoyed our stay and location of the hotel, and would stay here again. The staff was caring, the breakfast was gorgeous, everything was very good. The room we booked was charming little, brand-new with a very clean bed.

No complains at all, the venue met needs. The location was incredible, the room was recently renovated. Lucky that it was relatively near Alfresco, offering food to go.

The breakfast is gorgeous and great with yogurts and jams and sausage sandwiches, there’s an option for each taste. Its location is great and unbeatable, very close to trains as well as the taxi.

Very expensive area.

That hotel was in a nice location, walk to the tram stop. And it was also really close to centre of Manchester, going back and forth to the airport and buses and trains close to pubs and restaurants.

As for me, the area was very expensive.

The location was magnificent, relatively close to Worthington Park. The airport was 15 km away. The room I booked was always kept clean and available with a bitmore ventilation, tea & Coffee and very comfy beds.

Calm area, the best location, near to easy to find in good location for eateries, a quick ride into manchester city centre and good transport links. Besides, easy access to Church of Saint Paul.

My stay was pleasant for one night. In general, I loved my newly renovated and great little room in what must have been cellar space.

Comfy hotel that has attentive staff at the reception desk. The beds are very clean to sleep on. It has handy, peaceful setting, close enough to the shops as well as the airport. Besides, the venue is located 2 km away from a public park.

The location was easy, not too far from Walkden Gardens. Btw, the airport was 0.5 km away. The suite I got was complete with TV and private bathroom plus ventilation.

The service was EFFICIENT, including the great onsite restaurant. Everyone was caring and efficient. The property was in the centre of the city.

It has magnificent location to see a touring theatre. It takes 5 mins by foot to the bus stop. The rooms are compact and also newly remodelled. Comfy beds, perfect after a long day in Manchester.

Wi-Fi was very poor.

The location is easy, not too far away from St Anne's Parish Church. The suite is enjoyable, we also appreciated incredibly beautiful views. Would stay here again, if in Manchester:)))

Would recommend this place and will be back. Had good stay for 2 night. The food was brilliant and the staff were attentive and caring. It was in the central location very near the Trafford center.

The location is magnificent and easy, 4 km from Victoria Park. The breakfasts are sensational with plenty of options. Family vibe, the staff is efficient.
