It had central location close to Saint Mary's Cathedral. We had a large bedroom.

The rooms were bright and beautiful, had down pillows. The bed was quiet, and it was convenient to have a microwave, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator.

A mini-fridge, a storage space, and a TV set available in the king room. Charming little and great bathroom. Comfortable and easy location within easy walking distance of a green Flag park. Exceptional service and amazing value.

I spent our time here lovely. The rooms themselves were exceptionally clean and cheap with fridge and microwave. Booked it for £ 36.

That lift was missing.

Appreciated to be here, the hotel was clean and convenient, the location was great and brilliant to Heaton Chapel train station. Overall it was comfortable and ideal, with a functional bathroom.

I liked being in this place. The hotel was fairly clean with nice interior and nestled in a really good building. The most important was the staff - really good and very polite people.

I had an excellent stay. It was a brilliant hotel in Manchester. The personnel was very pleasant and the rooms were neat. Restaurant on site was modest!

The venue was exceptional and comfy, I truly enjoyed the stay and the location was handy adjacent to a nice pub called The Hinds Head, the airport, and a delightful bistro. The room was a nice size and well-equipped with a fridge, I felt comfortable there.

We where in an unbeatable location a 10-15 minute walking distance from Heaton Moor United Church. The view was LOVELY, the service was excellant.

TBH, the room was average, we expected better.

The setting was decent, close to city center, Heton Chapel train station and certain areas. We stopped by Delhi House Cafe for coffee and treats, it was relatively near the hotel.

Had facilities needed in my attic double room, including a kettle and a chair. Really enjoyed a bath in my functional bathroom. The staff were fantastic and lovely and the location was lovely to all those who have early flights from Manchester airport.

The location was marvellous and brilliant in a pretty nice area, close to Center of Manchester, motorways and clubs or nightlife. The room was comfortable and ideal with a storage, coffee/tea making machines, and a kettle, particularly good views. And there were quiet beds.

It was truly exceptional place to stay with amazingly nice and outstandingly accommodating staff at the reception desk. The location was absolutely perfect and excellent for exploring this nice quiet area, just off a scruffy neglected rubbish-strewn garden all round, bus stops into Manchester centre, and 0nly a 15 pound taxi. Plus, distance to All Saints Church was only 1 km.

It was fairly clean with competent staff at the reception desk. The hotel was in a convenient and easy location so close to Stockport Town centre. Also, Abney Hall Country Park was placed nearby. Double room was brand-new and functional had feather pillows.

Clean and ideal place with professional and very friendly stuff on reception desk. Peaceful setting, very close to motorways, Stockport Town Centre or really quick trains into Manchester as well as bus stop to stockport or manchester. Again, not far from Abney Hall Country Park.

I interacted with the cheerful and fabulous staff. The location was great and brilliant, right by a nice pub, and restaurant about 10min away by car, in a nice area. Also, I was not too far from Heaton Moor United Church.

Possibly the best and pleasant stay for two nights. Brand-new, tastefully decorated room with a comfy bed, and competent staff. Great clean facilities there. Comfortable location - in front of a bus stop.

Low-budget hotel in a peaceful area of Manchester.

Exceptional place to stay 3 km away from Woodbank Memorial Park. Newly remodelled unit with new bathrooms which was good. 15 mins by car from the airport.

We were upgraded to twin room on check in.

The setting was quite decent within easy reach of Abney Hall Country Park. This hotel was in a fairly quiet area near to the centre of the window, the airport, and bus stops.

Cheap units with new bathrooms, large double bed, the bedroom, and the staff were pleasant.

Booked the hotel for its perfect location just next door to a nice pub called The Hinds Head, public footpath and Stockport. We could drink something at The Elizabethan, located 1 km away.

We had the twin room provided with kettle. Our accommodation was set in a central location right by Manchester Piccadilly. Found time to see Church of st Paul, that's within easy walking distance of the property.

The staff from start to finish were welcoming and attentive.

Liked our stay, 100% recommend. We were pleased to find cheap rooms at this great budget hotel. The venue's position was central. Also, Plaza Theatre was max 20 minutes walk to.

Make sure to get attic double room with the bedroom and large double bed plus a bath. The location is magnificent, and the staff is polite.

Besides, the location was marvellous and decent for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of Hat Works Museum of Hatting.

It deserves its 3 stars. The location was perfect and the bed big. Rooms were huge. In the evening we visited The Elizabethan it was nearby.

The restaurant was located within 700 metres. Handy base for a holiday in Manchester.
