The staff were absolutely kind and really friendly and the location was fantastic opposite a large park. The continental breakfast had a lot of options for all tastes.

Well, Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

Well-organised, brand-new units provided with a mazing view on the park, shower plus books.

The breakfast was savoury, the staff was unobtrusive, the grounds were fairly clean. King room was ready when we arrived. Great and lovely location for visiting bars and restaurants close to the hotel. The area had plenty of cafés and bars.

Very nice facilities in general, particularly good and unbeatable location very close to Rusholme area where it's easy to get Halal foods there. Spacious bedroom.

Views of the park across the road were wonderful, the room was extremely pleasant and perfect little. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the bathroom was spotless.

I have stayed in the triple room with shower. The location is absolutely perfect, to Manchester United football ground.

The continental breakfast option was good. The hotel's location was central, in the Academy which finished at 3 am. It was extra special 1 day, would stay here again.

The units are good value for money with a view to offering cooked breakfasts in the future. The location is convenient and really handy and they have parking on street. The staff are proactive and helpful, and the host too.

We were in a marvellous and handy location within walking distance of an extraordinary museum. Moreover, it was really close to the centre, many shops and restaurants and the restaurants.

Came in Manchester to relax and have fun, this hotel was ideal base for doing it. The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows.
