Generally, the place was brilliant and had lovely and awesome staff from reception to management. The breakfast had a great selection of well presented food and drinks.

The hotel was adjacent to the best attractions the city has to offer and the shopping area close by thanks to its quiet and prime location. Plus, The Cavern Club was at a walking distance from the venue.

It was as expected, had a lovely stay at great value for money. My twin/double room had modern conveniences, including a laptop-size safe, central heating, and an iron. The location close to everything was comfortable. Besides, a large museum was 2 km away from the property. The downstairs bar was amazing, liked this place.

The room was exceptional with very comfortable beds, with essentials required. The hotel was in a very central location to piccadilly Station. Found time to see a 19th - century bridge, that's around 10-15 minutes walk from the property.

The location was marvellous and brilliant because it was just next door to the Arndale centre as well as the restaurant. In a hurry we visited Portland Plaice nearby.

Special and clean place to stay in, it has approaching staff from reception to management. The location is unbeatable and the food is WELL PRESENTED. A restaurant is about 500 metres from here.

The reason we loved it was perfect staff and location. The room was beautifully decorated, featured a work desk, tea and coffee making equipment, and television. The location was incredibly comfortable and stunning - ease of access to Gay Village. Also, the area was shopping.
