We booked standard king room with a generous bath and tea.

Overall it was quiet and bright, with a jacuzzi bathroom.

Excellent place for 1 night with approachable staff with good service. Good sized bedroom. Decent food options. Lovely area, central location right by country park and the restaurant and breakfast bar.

The location was perfect and excellent because it was really close to the local restaurants / takeaway, Oldham, Ashton-under Lyme and Manchester and a park and a beautiful church. All of the staff was dedicated and excellent.

Very good service everywhere. A nice size and fully-equipped room and very good facilities. Best possible location, within a walking distance of everywhere.

This hotel offers high standard and well stocked rooms with very nice condition, shower, top the pictures.

The setting was ideal, close enough to a large nature reserve, and the local restaurants / takeaway.

We appreciated this stay. The place was top quality and spotlessly clean. The bedroom was stocked and brand-new. The breakfast was warm and gorgeous with freshly cooked food and had a great selection of food. The hotel's setting was central and the staff were friendly professional people in the service from the staff. You could walk to a market and shops.

Modern bar on-site, top-class and extremely pleasant room with very comfy large bed, key cards did n't work, as example.

Possibly the best and extra special stay for the Bank Holiday weekend. Recently refurbished unit with an amazingly comfortable bed. Easy check-in, lovely friendly employees. Perfect location to a bus station short walk from the hotel. Found in a domestic part of the town.

The location was magnificent, to the city centre of Manchester, and my bed was comfy.

The hotel was situated in the central location near Ashton under Lyne market.

Coffee, free Wi-Fi, and a living room in our double room were useful during stay. Friendly professional staff did a great job. The location was quiet and best possible, in the now open restaurant, with a stunning view.

Pity, but the beds were uncomfortable.

It was in a central location, in the south-east Manchester area. The breakfast was good hot with sausage and very enjoyable and the restaurant food was amazing! The personnel were decent and efficient and made me feel welcome.

Accommodation was spacious and pleasant with really excellent staff on shift. We had the double room and it was newly remodelled even on kettle. The property's location was lovely and ideal, near the airport. Besides, the hotel was at a short distance from Mathew Street.

The room I booked was immaculate and huge, complete with sofa, the shower, as for instance.

The location is convenient and easy, it's just next door to Oldham on business, taxis till after 2 am and Greater Manchester. Also, it is 20 minutes drive from The Armoury.

As for me, the area was quite poor.

Excellent quality & airy rooms with walk in shower. Unbeatable and excellent setting, short walk to the center of Manchester, Ashton-under Lyme and the pub.

We liked being there. Only stayed 1 night, as we didn't have time, but glad that chose this nicely decorated and pleasant hotel. Venue's location was absolutely perfect, to the cinema: )

the location was quiet and best possible for traveling around manchester, near the resturant, and the restaurant in which myself. besides, it was 20 min drive to cockfields farm. the double room was a nice size and fully-equipped with walk in shower.

I enjoyed to be here, everything was excellent. All the employees were courteous and obliging. The hotel was great and little and in a central location. Stayed here for a wedding ceremony and can recommend it.

The food was outstanding with a great selection of alternatives. It had perfect location, near to taxis till after 2am.

The a carpark was on-site, very good service. My double room was tastefully decorated, brand-new. The breakfast was nice hot and lovely with a wide range of delicious options.
