Excellent location, close to St George's Hall Liverpool.

Functional and clean place with really good and pleasant staff. Had standard twin room with a nice big shower cubicle, air con and shower.

The setting was perfect, close enough to the city center, transport and shops and eateries and Trafford Centre. And it was also next to Liverpool Central Library and other tourist spots.

The rooms were huge and mine was immaculate with a nice view, mini kettle and a nice bathroom. Had central location to motorways.

Fairly clean place, staff are very amiable, location is peaceful. I can recommend the lovely restaurant onsite for dinner. I recommend to friends and family.

Liked the standard double room with a working aircon, and marvellous and absolutely perfect location near the railway station. The stuff was pleasant and very welcoming on arrival and throughout the stay.

Our accommodation was set in a central location near to the railway station, Eccles town centre and the restaurant. The staff were pleasant and efficient and the wake up calls and ironing were free of charge.

We had the standard king room and it was immaculate. It included an ironing set, a work desk and a TV set, and the bed was comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect and prime, to the tram stop.

In general, the hotel was fairly clean. I loved cheap room with tea and coffee making facilities, comfy beds, mini kettle, and superfriendly and pleasant staff.

We loved this place. Breakfasts were freshly prepared, always with a huge variety of meals. Twin room is large and has climate control, coffee and tea making equipment, and a writing table.

Just a 15-minute walk to Eccles train station. A short way from Eastern Tandoori, where you can have lunch.
