The place was luxurious and had very polite and exceptionally pleasant staff when receptionist found out it was wife's birthday, enjoyed the stay. The rooms were neat and budget and had an electric kettle and refrigerators.

I enjoyed 1 night in this property. Stylish place, it was immaculately clean and had well-trained and so efficient staff when receptionist found out it was wife's birthday. The breakfast was above average, reasonably priced and for vegetarians. The location in a very very nice area was perfect. Also, the hotel was 10 minutes drive from a public park. The bus stop was 5 minutes’ walk away.

The breakfasts were good hot and rich with cooked items and gluten free options, for instance, couldn’t ask for anything better. The location offered was great and lovely adjacent to nearby eateries, a pub and a Tesco express, Close to a tram station so easy to get to central Manchester and all the shops and restaurants.

The location was amazing, at a medium distance from a Lyric theatre. Plus, it was adjacent to restaurants in the quay as well as a good Indian restaurant right across the road, also very close to Media Centre, the Coronation Street set and the brilliant Imperial War Museum.

Had really good stay for 1 night with gentle staff and unbeatable location easy to use to get into town which was £3each to get to Piccadilly gardens. We loved rooms with a really good view of the quays. This hotel met requests in every way, recommend.

it is well priced. staff and rooms are great, i loved very big bed. the staff are attentive and caring, they keep the place reasonably clean. the rooms are well-appointed and beautifully decorated. the location is unbeatable, 2 km from a war museum. nice restaurant within easy walking distance of the hotel. the main bar is lively.

Pretty much what I expected: high quality hotel, well priced. The location was incredible for Manchester, really close to Manchester centre, and tram and breakfast. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Clippers Restaurant & Bar. Besides, my parking was on site.

It had fab and decent location short walk to transportation options, Old Trafford and the Lowry.
