Brilliant hotel, its facilities are amazing. Particularly good location in a domestic area, so close to a big supermarket. Nearby Nicholson's - great place to chill out.

Appreciated our rooms for the value. The hotel was so close to quiet neighbourhood, the restaurant, and a sports centre thanks to its exceptionally nice location. Besides, it was 3 km away from Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh.

Reasonably clean property, excellant stuff. Perfect location so close to the city centre makes it a good choice. Plus, walking distance to a public square.

Amazing location in quiet neighbourhood, in the local area. And a 10-minute walk from landscaped gardens. A safe box, coffee, and soundproof windows in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Clean bathroom.

The room was wonderful and new-fashioned in general. The staff served croissants, cereal, and pastries for breakfast. The location was amazing: a big supermarket and a supermarket were within walking distance.

Really enjoyed the room for the value, my bed was very comfy. This was a wonderful location next to the city centre, a big supermarket and the outskirts of Manchester city centre. Also, a combined museum was 2 km away from the hotel.

I got a modern room with a bathroom, bunk beds plus snacks. The location seemed perfect and exceptionally nice in quiet neighbourhood. A few times I ate at Lisa's Caribbean Kitchen, located at a medium distance from the hotel.
